When you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or email, you voluntarily share information such as:

Communication takes place via WhatsApp and email, which are subject to their own privacy policies (Meta/WhatsApp and your email provider respectively). We do not operate an independent database of client records.

We take reasonable care to keep your communications confidential and do not share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver our service (e.g., if a subcontractor is used).

We retain communication records for as long as is reasonably necessary for business purposes, typically no longer than 3 years, after which records are deleted or anonymised.
